Performance isn’t just about physical conditioning — it’s about energy management. Awareness creates control.

2️⃣ Close one background app.
Stop replaying mistakes. Stop comparing. Stop feeding fear.

Replace it with one performance thought:

“I am ready.”
“I trust my training.”
“Next play.”

3️⃣ Fuel your energy intentionally.
Move your body.
Breathe deeply.
Listen to uplifting music.
Visualize success.
