  • Identify ONE daily system
    Not ten. Not five. One.
    → Example: “I will show up early and get locked in for 5 minutes.”

  • Replace emotional language:
    Stop saying: “I don’t feel ready.”
    Start saying: “I trust my preparation.”

  • Write your non-negotiable:
    “No matter how I feel… I will __________.”
