Pre-Practice Mental Reps (3–5 minutes) Before you touch a ball, step on a field, or start a lift— close your eyes and visualize your key skills.

“One Skill” Lock-In Pick ONE thing you want to improve today. Visualize it done correctly—over and over.
Quality beats quantity.
Post-Practice Mental Replay At the end of practice— ask yourself:
“What did I do well?”
Then replay it… stronger, sharper, more confident.
