Let’s clear this up right now…
Confidence is NOT something you wait for.
It’s something you build.
Story / Insight:
I had an athlete tell me:
“Coach, I just need to believe in myself more.”
I asked him:
“Based on what?”
(pause)
Silence.
That’s the problem.
Confidence without evidence…
doesn’t last.
The best athletes don’t hope they’re ready.
They KNOW.
Because they’ve:
Put in the reps
Done the work
Seen the progress
Confidence is memory.
Your brain saying:
“I’ve been here before.”
